Gather together family and friends and spend a morning or afternoon in the kitchen with hands-on experience of Tuscan cuisine using fresh, seasonal ingredients to create simple yet tasty recipes that you will be able to use time and time again.Classes last between 2-3 hours either in the morning or early evening and are followed by a sumptuous Italian meal (lunch or dinner) which you will have prepared alongside your chef in the comfort of your own rental home. Each class is uniquely designed especially for you and your group.
The preparation of your meal includes an antipasto tasting, followed by either a selection of home-made pastas with several sauces, a seasonal risotto or a hearty zuppa, which is then followed by a meat or fish based secondo dish with side course and a dessert finale.During your meal, red and white wine will be served.Staff include a professional English speaking chef as well as an assistant who sets the table, serves and clears up afterwards.
